At Vrai and Diamond Foundry I oversaw all jewelry design, development and production for ecommerce, white label wholesale accounts and designer collaborations.  I managed a team consisting of a designer, CAD artist, product development manager, production manager and production coordinator  with cross-over indirect reports into operations in repairs / quality control / inventory.  I also personally sketched new concepts for both brands, illustrated jewelry, created all technical specs for hand-off to 3D CAD designer or straight to factory.  I attended sourcing trade shows, lead merchandising and comp analysis efforts as well as initiated, developed and managed robust partnerships with reliable domestic manufacturers for both brands.  Other efforts included implementing Airtable tracking, calendars, forms and everyday usage across entire company for better work flow and cross-departmental collaboration.  During my time there, my team re-designed and developed 90% of Vrai collection with stricter ctw usage to adhere to system of cutting/polishing of DF diamonds that resulted in the highest yield. I collaborated with our rough planner and diamond inventory manager to plan monthly diamond demand.  In addition I performed monthly, seasonal and holiday forecasting and planning for finished jewelry, raw materials and production blocks.
