Partnered with Owner / Creative Director to establish the brand's aesthetic through semi-precious beaded, one-of-a-kind jewelry designs.  Provided technical jewelry design for cast pieces made in sterling silver with precious stones (diamond, ruby, emerald, sapphire) as well as the entire rainbow of semi-precious gems and cabachons.  Created designs for stone carvings to be set in silver, all produced in India.  Trained beaders to copy my concepts for bulk production after establishing the pattern, colors and materials used.  Was the right hand to the owner in taking the business from concept into sellable  product and full line development over many years, and still continue to work with them on a freelance basis.
