Again working wtih AGJ, this time in a consulting capacity, and focusing on design, development and sample development!  We have worked together in various capacities over the years, in 2018, I began working with AGJ as a design, development and production consultant...very quickly I was convinced to join the team full time to oversee and carry out the creative and technical jewelry design, factory and CAD development and production.  With my broad pool of resources in the Los Angeles jewelry industry, I was able to re-establish all of her production which resulted in bringing down overall production costs by about 40%.  By implementing a PO system with our factories, contractors and vendors I was able to streamline the operational work and update her entire accounting system with a refined SKU system that was in need of a refresh.  This gave new life to the ability to track sales against spend and a more cohesive effort from the team.
